hi, my name is karolin
Welcome to my world - I am so glad that you are here!
Loosely based in Austria, I feel most at home in forests, on mountain trails, and anywhere near water, always with dark chocolate in my bag.
With a background in social anthropology, over 1000 hours in the psychosocial field, and training in yoga, polyvagal theory and mind–body coaching, I bring together professional knowledge and lived experience.
My work is rooted in regulation, presence and gentleness. I lead from my own practice - tending to my mental health and nervous system so I can offer true co-regulation and attunement.
I don’t fix or direct. I accompany.

Trauma sensitive Yoga
My teaching style is trauma sensitive, gentle and intuitive. I will guide you through a practice that lets you attune to your own body’s wisdom and find safety within.
You can find me in person in Vienna at manas-yoga.studio or practice with me online: with private sessions or the community practice.
1:1 Coaching
Have you heard of somatic coaching?
“Soma” means body and here, your body is part of the conversation. While talk therapy or traditional coaching can be helpful, they often leave out the wisdom your body holds. Transitions, challenges, or past experiences can get “stuck” in the body, and somatic coaching helps you move through them with gentle awareness.
My 1:1 coaching is personalised to you, guiding both mind and body to help you reconnect, sense your own rhythms, and become more alive.
Retreats

My retreats offer exactly that: slow, grounding experiences that help you reconnect with yourself and the land you’re moving through.
With trauma-sensitive yoga, somatic practices, and unhurried time in nature, we explore how to travel without overwhelming the nervous system - how to arrive, connect and be present.
